Therapy in Bromley and online
Meet your therapist. Start with a free call.
Send us a short message and we'll arrange your free 15-minute call. Choose a therapist you'd like to meet, or leave it with us and we'll suggest someone.
Making the decision is hard. Meeting your therapist shouldn't be.
Choosing a therapist is a big step, so we've made the first one small. You can read about each of us on our Meet Our Therapists page and pick the person who feels right. Or you can tell us a little about what's going on and let us suggest someone. Either way, you'll talk to us before you spend anything.
What happens next
You send us a message using the form below. It takes about three minutes.
We reply and arrange your free 15-minute call. By phone or video, at a time that suits you.
You meet your counsellor. If it feels right, we'll book your first session in person in Bromley or online. If it doesn't, you've lost nothing.
