Counselling at Untangled Therapy costs £60 per 50-minute session, whether you meet us in person in Bromley or online. We also offer a free 15-minute introductory call so you can meet your counsellor, ask questions and see whether it feels right for you before booking.

Yes. We offer evening appointments on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, and weekend appointments on Saturdays and Sundays.

We rent our counselling room at St Mary’s Church House, but Untangled Therapy is independent of the church. We don’t provide religious counselling, and people of all faiths and none are welcome. If faith or spirituality matters to you, you’re welcome to explore it in your sessions.

Completely. You don't need the right words or everything figured out. We'll guide you, and you set the pace.

You can talk about anything that’s on your mind, including anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, work stress, grief or simply not feeling like yourself. You don’t need a diagnosis or a clear idea of where to start.

At Untangled Therapy, we offer a warm, welcoming space to explore what you’re going through, with in-person counselling in Bromley and online therapy available.

Free support is available through NHS Talking Therapies, although waiting times vary. If you’d prefer private counselling, want to choose your counsellor or are looking for longer-term support, we currently have availability in Bromley and online.
