Clearer. Calmer. Braver. More Yourself. Unstuck.
Clearer. Calmer. Braver. More Yourself. Unstuck.
You don't have to be falling apart to ask for help
You might be lying awake replaying conversations. You might be stuck in the same argument on a loop. Holding everyone else together while nobody holds you.
That's reason enough.
Counselling gives you one hour that's only about you. Say it out loud, without editing yourself or pretending you're fine. Many clients tell us they feel some relief after the first session.
Four counsellors in Bromley. One will feel right.
There isn't one way to be a counsellor, so there are four of us. We each bring a different personality, experience and way of working. You're not choosing from four versions of the same thing. You're choosing the person who feels right for you.
Three steps. Three minutes of effort.
1. Send an email to book a free 15-minute call here. Tell us what's going on, as much or as little as you like.
2. Choose your counsellor. Read about each of us on the Meet Our Therapists page here and pick the person who feels right. Not sure? Just tell us, and we'll suggest someone.
3. Start sessions. Face to face in Bromley, or online from your sofa.
A local alternative to waiting for NHS Talking Therapies
NHS Talking Therapies in Bromley is a valuable free service, and if it's right for you, we'd encourage you to use it. If you'd rather not wait, want to choose your own counsellor, or want longer-term support, private counselling with Untangled is another option.
